GENERAL

Check-in: Between 2pm – 5pm. Check-out: Monday to Saturday 11am, & noon on Sundays.
If your arrival time is outside check-in hours please text, call or email for self check-in instructions.p.

Booking restrictions

Bookings can be made online or by telephone up to 24 hours prior to arrival, and by phone for same-day reservations.
We accept reservations up to 5 months in advance of your arrival with a maximum of up to 6 rooms per group.
For whole-house and group reservations of 7+ rooms, we accept bookings up to 2 years ahead and require the whole house to be reserved for your group.
For all same day bookings, please contact us by phone on +1 312 554 5857.

ROOM OCCUPANCY

All rates reflect 2 guests per room. If available, a roll away or fold out bed can be arranged for additional $50/night in some rooms*.
*Not all rooms can accommodate a roll away bed, please contact us directly or check the booking section of our website.

children

The Publishing House welcomes teenagers 13 and older, and infants under 1 year of age.

LOST KEYS

THERE IS A $50 FEE FOR LOST KEYS. Due to the safety of our guests doors are re-keyed due to lost keys.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE

Your credit card is held as security against any damage to your room or the house. You break it, you bought it!

gym

The Publishing House has a partnership with the West Loop Athletic Club and we offer discounted daily passes for $10 plus tax. By purchasing the gym pass, you agree to be bound by the terms of use of the WLAC that is required to be signed at the club.

rOOM GUARANTEE

We will do our best to provide the specific room you have booked, but reserve the right to upgrade you free of charge, downgrade your room and refund the difference, or in rare circumstances cancel your booking and re-book you at an equivalent hotel nearby.

PARKING

We offer two off-street spots available ONLY on the weekends from 5pm on Friday to 8am on Monday. They are $25/night, and must be pre-reserved. There is FREE street parking around our block on Randolph, May, Washington and Racine. Or, you can arrange for parking ahead of time through www.parqex.com, www.spothero.com or download the apps.

HOUSE AMENITIES

The Publishing House offers Malin and Goetz products for your use in the bathrooms, which are also for sale at RRP. If product is removed from the room, a charge will be added to the room bill for the product. Also available for purchase are soft and fluffy Publishing House bathrobes, Publishing House coffee mugs, and more. If you would like to purchase one of these fun things just ask or it can be done straight through your booking!
